Collierville High School
Fleming Architects along with their joint venture partner Renaissance Group has designed the largest high school in the State of Tennessee. This 460,000 SF state-of-the-art campus is designed for 3,000 students and will be completed in summer of 2018.
Fleming Architects is providing Program Management, Architecture, and Interior Design services for this $110 million project.
The facility includes a 3,000 seat performance gym, “STEM” complex, 1,000 seat auditorium with stadium seating, CTE labs, science labs, classrooms, distance learning lab and fine arts complex. The outdoor athletic components include a 5,000 seat sports turf football stadium with an 8-lane track, 40 yard indoor football fieldhouse, fields for soccer, lacrosse and football practice fields, baseball/softball stadium, locker rooms and concessions. The STEM facility is featured at the main entryway of the high school and includes state of the art CTE labs, robotics labs, computer labs, digital labs, STEM
science labs, a fully equipped wood-working space, and maker spaces. The school will include the area’s only “STEMnasium” for regional competitions and gatherings. The site has 2,000 parking spaces.
